🌲🍄 A lovely day at Mabie Forest 🍄🌲
We had such a lovely time exploring Mabie Forest — enjoying peaceful woodland walks, spotting beautiful mushrooms and magnificent tree trunks, and discovering the creative workshops at Old Mill Arts. 🎨🌳
Mabie has something for everyone, from lovely woodland walks and wildlife spotting to its 7stanes mountain-biking trails for those looking for a little more adventure! 🚴♀️🌲
And, of course, no visit would be complete without a stop at the Stables Café for the most delicious scone with clotted cream and jam! ☕️🫖❤️
A lovely little thing we discovered: the Stables Café kindly looks after lost-and-found items from around Mabie Forest, helping people hand in things they’ve found and reunite them with the people who have lost them. ❤️
And the best part? Mabie Forest is only 11 minutes from Souter Johnnie’s at Rockhall! 🚗🌲
