One of the biggest things that helps a tenancy run smoothly is having clear expectations around maintenance from the start 🤓

I’m a big believer in landlords having an agreed spend cap💰in place because it protects everyone involved. Landlords know there won’t be unexpected bills landing out of nowhere, and it also means we can deal with issues quickly 🚀 without waiting around for approval on every little thing.
