This bedroom has been transformed with a fresh new colour and a panelled wall.
As usual all walls were prepped ready for paint and the panelling was primed with a shellac based primer.

Following the removal of the existing ceiling covering, a large crack running the full length of the ceiling was repaired and made good. All walls and the ceiling were then thoroughly sanded and prepared. The walls were sized before wallpaper was applied throughout, while the ceiling was finished with a fresh coat of emulsion.

All woodwork was thoroughly rubbed down and prepared with undercoat before receiving a durable satin-finish topcoat, completing the room to a high standard.

Little bit of restoration work carried out on this oak beamed porch. Any rotten and suspect wood was removed from the main post. This was then patched with a new piece of oak and filled with wood filler. The whole porch was then sanded and given three fresh coats of paint.
