North Norfolk Projects can proudly show our latest project at Royal Cromer Golf Club. Our flagship project was to project manage the scheme from pre-construction through to post completion. Contract management of tender packages, CDM management and successful delivery of a two-storey steel framed building to incorporate offices, Modern staff welfare facilities, Platform lift, Workshops and garaging. We implemented a large solar scheme to the building and incorporated the clubs large irrigation control system into the office.
NNP would like to thank the following teams and contractors who were instrumental in producing a structure which will help the golf club in becoming more self-sufficient and sustainable which will enable the fantastic greens staff to continually deliver golfing facilities to highest standard for years to come.

North Norfolk Projects are proud to present our latest completed project in partnership withRoyal Cromer Golf Club
The clients brief was to keep the historic and traditional feel of the internal space and 100 year plus old building while creating a modern look which brings the historic links from course architects and literary figures who have frequented the course in the past. Taking inspiration from old Scottish dormy house accommodation at courses such as Carnoustie and Gleneagles respectively, We have created this stunning asset to the club.

Our brickwork is complete internally ready for joists and flooring. External leaf begins next week…
Garaging roof installed today .

New entrance to the green keepers unit.. ready for tarmac Monday / Tuesday… an extra 6m visibility splay with dropped kerbs onto the road.
