Clients have the extra comfort of knowing that K.O.PPP are active members of the National Association of Estate Agents, The Association of Residential Letting Agents Please be advise that this is a permanent position set up within K.O.PPP. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative of the office.

This role will involve the following:

Drawing up of any necessary paperwork inc legal documents for both lettings & sales. All letters are on templates.
Adding / editing property on our website and property portals. You will also be responsible for any deletions/changes etc.
Weekly changes to our High street window display.
Taking phone calls as and when necessary.
Arranging viewings for both sales & lettings.


This employee will have full autonomy within their role. Own desk, diary, email etc. will only be responsible to report to Both Sales & lettings managers.

Requirements

Previous Estate agency experience helpful.
I.T. skills are essential.
Good telephone manner.
Ability to work without supervision and to deadlines.
Common sense is key.
Must have a car
Must Have Good time management skill

Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
Responding to enquiries from property portals such as On the market, Boomin ,Spare room, Gumtree, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
Arrange and conduct viewings
Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
