📍 Hope Cove Project Update

Great progress at our Hope Cove project, with the external transformation really beginning to take shape.

The new slate roofing and rooflights are now in place, the external render is progressing well, and the new timber fascias and soffits are adding a fantastic natural finish. Internally, the windows are fitted and the insulation and first-fix works are moving forward nicely.

A brilliant effort from the whole team, with plenty more progress to come over the next few weeks. 👷‍♂️🔨

🏗️ WEEK 2 – DARTMOUTH PROJECT

Great progress on site this week, with the blockwork well underway and the new structure really beginning to take shape.

Hope Cove, Devon 📍

Great progress on this coastal project in beautiful Hope Cove.

The new slate roofing is really starting to come together, alongside the flat roofing and detailed work around the rooflights and extensions. Still some finishing touches to complete, but it’s great to see the transformation taking shape.

Working in an exposed coastal location means getting the detailing right is absolutely essential — it needs to look good, but more importantly, it needs to stand up to everything the South Devon weather can throw at it.

Another one out of the ground for the CMC team.

We’ve just commenced this new project in Dartmouth, starting with the groundworks and excavation. Tight access and plenty of earth to shift, but we’re making good progress already.

Looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming months. We’ll keep the updates coming as the build progresses. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Torcross — Ready to Rebuild 🌊🏗️

The scaffolding is up and we’re ready to get started on the rebuild of this storm-damaged property in Torcross.

After the damage caused by the storms, the next stage is now underway — bringing the building back to life, safely and properly. 💪

Scaffolding in place, site secured and the rebuild begins. 🔨

We’ll be sharing progress as this project takes shape.
