Hello Everyone, hope your all well. this jsut a little message to introduce my business that im going to expand............
I am local person who over the last 3/4 years have been manageing a couple of landlords propertys and have decided to expand.
so if anyone knows any landlords looking for some one to manage their BTL witha personal touch please reach out for a chat.
I have sourced tenants, credit checked, visit properties when issues are reported at all times 7 days a week, manage repairs, House checks and do much more etc....
I do have a waiting list of tenants currently waiting for properties i currently manage if any become avaiable
being a local handyman for over 15 years i personally go to all the managed properties and access the situation.
