October half term week. A 7 night break on the Welcome family holiday park that can start 23rd, 24th or 25th of October. Sleeps 6 accommodation with fast WIFI, two smart TV's and up to two dogs are allowed. This is just £560 for the week for up to 6 guests. This break is in Clover 103. We have another shorter break in Fern 107, starting 27th or 28th of October (minimum stay 3 nights £100 per night). 😊

One vacancy left for October half term week. It can start on the 27th or 28th of October for a minimum of 3 nights to maximum of 5 nights. The price for 3 nights is £300. Payment by instalment is ok.

Bookings update
We are fully booked for August across all of our properties at Welcome family holiday park. We have one vacancy for October half term week which is 27th to 31sr October. It could be extended to November 1st if wanted. Four nights £400. Also, some availability remaining for Christmas and New Year dates when the club will be open (but pool closed). These are £120 per night (min. 3 night booking).

Our 2027 prices will be the same as 2026. Good value for a break away by the seaside at Dawlish Warren. Each property sleeps up to 8 persons, and we allow two well behaved dogs as well. We are the only private owners with fast fibreoptic powered WIFI on the Welcome family holiday park. It commands speeds that let multiple guests connect for social media, gaming, TV watching, emails and more.

Our accommodation has an outdoor bench, USB charging ports on both floors, heaters in bedrooms and downstairs, two smart TV's and air fryers. There is an on-demand electric shower over the bath, plus a full sized immersion tank for hot water to the taps. We have high chairs, changing mats, baby baths and stair gates on the top and bottom step. Our guests may hire our travel cot for free if required. Our properties are supplied with ready made up beds, and extra bedding in storage. There is a gate that can be installed on the front door to stop the great escape by little people, and 4 legged friends. Prices from £80 per night per villa. We have Clover, Fern and Willow all in the same block on the Welcome family holiday park.

This is Willow villa 108. A spacious two bedroom holiday home which sleeps 6-8 persons. There is a double bedroom and family room, with single bed and triple bunk. Downstairs, there is a sofa bed and guest bed under the stairwell. There is fast fibreoptic powered WIFI provided to our guests on a private channel, plus two smart TV's, USB chargers on both floors and a DVD player. The outdoor garden area is well presented and guests have a picnic bench to relax in the sunshine. The kitchen has an air fryer, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a high chair, changing mat and baby bath provided. We supply bedding and towels to our guests. Car parking is very close-by at either side of the block.

Fern villa 107 is in the centre of a terraced row of similar properties. We also own 108 if you want a family get together next door to each other. Overlooking well presented lawns, this property is equipped with fast fibreoptic WIFI, two smart TV's, USB chargers on both floors, and a DVD player. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, plus family room with triple bunk bed and extra single bed. There is room for our travel cot in this room, if needed. The bathroom has an on-demand electric shower over a full sized bath, and separate WC with basin. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. The kitchen has a multi-functional air fryer, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. There is a high chair, changing mat and baby bath provided. We hire a travel cot for free if needed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge plus a guest bed under the stairwell. We supply an iron, and vacuum cleaner. The stairs have baby gates on the bottom and top step, plus window latches on the first floor. Bedding and towels are included in the hire price.

Clover villa 103 is our corner property. There is an open plan lounge and diner, plus kitchen area downstairs. There is a sofa bed and guest bed provided. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms plus a bathroom with shower over a full sized tub, and separate WC room with basin. Car parking is just behind this property. All of our properties have fast fibreoptic powered WIFI available to guests on a private channel. There is a smart TV downstairs and another in the bedroom upstairs. There are USB chargers on both floors. The kitchen has an air fryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster making self catering a breeze. We supply an iron, a vacuum cleaner, high chair, changing mat and baby bath. A travel cot can be hired from us for free, if required. Bedding and towels are included in the hire price.
