During Tom’s onboarding week, day 3 was all about marketing and finalising the launch of Tom’s business. And what a productive day it was!
The training week with WR Surveying didn’t just cover the technical side of surveying, we made sure he was set up to confidently market himself, lean on the WRS brand as much as he wants to, so his business not only delivers a quality service, but also builds trust before a client even considers booking with him.
We started the day with a detailed marketing presentation walking Tom through the WRS brand and what makes us different, our positioning, who our clients are, and how to represent the WRS brand. Tom doesn’t need to manage his own marketing but understanding the strategy behind it means he can be part of it and show up confidently for his business.
Then onto a full exciting day of shooting content, taking pictures and learning all about the business from a marketing perspective and how he can use and apply this within his own business.
As you know, there’s so much that happens behind the scenes that helps grow a business’s brand awareness and trust over time. This is just a small recap of the detailed, thorough work we’ve built together to support Tom’s business.
A few things we helped Tom’s business launch with so he had it all set up and ready to go for his launch: business cards, promotional flyers, Instagram account and set up, shoot day content, launch videos and graphics, plus a personal website page that’s all about Tom so he gets discovered through our network.
