Something I say to sellers all the time.

Here's what I wish more sellers knew before they listed.

Your first viewing is almost always your best one.

Because the buyers who come round in that first week or two? They're the ones who've been waiting. They've been checking Rightmove every day. They've got their finances sorted. They know exactly what they want, and they've been waiting for a home like yours to come up.

They are the market.

Miss them, because your photos weren't ready, or your price was too high, or your home wasn't quite presented right and you don't get them back. They move on. They buy something else. And what you're left with is the buyers who are looking for a bargain, six months into a stale listing.

The first two weeks aren't just a good window. They're often the only window that really matters.

Which is why getting it right from day one isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole game🙏🏻
