Our decorators work incredibly hard to ensure every room is completed to the highest standard before handover to the client, and with rooms of this size, that’s no small amount of painting!

One of the real benefits of purchasing a home while it’s still under construction is the opportunity to personalise some elements of the finish to suit your exact requirements.

In this case, we were able to have the property painted entirely to the client’s chosen specification, meaning when they move in, everything is ready exactly as they envisioned.

That’s the beauty of buying early in the build process, creating a home that feels personal from day one.

These crittall style doors work perfectly within our homes at Colney Lane.

Open-plan living is central to the design here, allowing natural light to flow beautifully throughout the homes.

At the same time, creating defined spaces, hallways and areas that feel considered and contained is just as important in making a home feel both comfortable and refined.

The farmhouse we’ve recently completed on Hardingham Road, Hingham, is a home where the traditional details really matter.

From the classic latch-style garden gate to the hallway panelling and the beautifully detailed front porch (inspired by a period home nearby), every feature has been carefully considered to give the home a real sense of place.

For us, these touches are what make a house feel authentic to its surroundings.

They add character, craftsmanship, and a timeless quality, so the house feels as though it was designed and built to stand the test of time.
