3 weeks from digging the footings we are now at damp course. Block and beam floor installed - gas electric and water ducts in -foul and surface water drains installed and the garage concreted.

What a transformation !! A job recently completed on Bawtry road, 180 tons of topsoil imported to a rear garden - levelled off with a compact tractor then a staggering 900square meters of turf !
