Grate Finnish as always with Varley - Plastering & Rendering ⚒️💎
This project involved the complete preparation and rendering of a large external wall on a commercial-style property. The existing render was carefully removed back to a solid substrate before the surface was cleaned, repaired, and prepared for a new render system. Scaffolding was erected to provide safe access to all working areas, and all surrounding areas were protected throughout the job.
The new render was applied to create a smooth, modern finish, with close attention paid to detail around rooflines, guttering, flashings, and adjoining brickwork to ensure a neat, weatherproof result. The finished wall provides a durable, high-quality finish that significantly improves both the appearance and long-term protection of the building.
The project was completed to a high standard with a clean finish, demonstrating quality workmanship, attention to detail.
