In 2023 they stated that the court does not issue receipts for fees, and they are not required to supply, and now 2026, they responded to a 5 eyes request – They are looking for the payment record.
We note members of their team have been prosecuted for fraud – so smoke may lead to fire.
They operated under variations of Ascent Legal, and Company House Records show a Ascent Performance Group Ltd, ceo Mark Higgins, with person of significant control being Lantern Group Holdings Limited , taking over from Jersey based Irwin Mitchell Holdings Limited, just to enrich the Fake Writ Stew with some offshore flavour.
Registered address change to Manchester, closer to their partner in crime, Andrew Wilson & Co Ltd aka Andrew Wilson & Co and Cerbereus HCE (Holdings Ltd) – all dormant companies.
Who else would take the job of executing counterfeited High Court Writs ? The Lord Chancellor is listed on all these counterfeited High Court Writs as a witness, so we are wondering when the long suffering victims will gain some judicial relief, bearing in mind, in many cases, children are being displaced, and even taken into “CARE” as a result of the extreme Human Rights abuses and violence inflicted.
