Small job fitted in today in Wootton. Old delaminated carpet and underlay removed ✅

The original quarry tiles were thoroughly cleaned and primed with neat 131 before applying Stopgap 1200 latex. Ply was then laid, stapled, and feather finished across all joints to create a solid, smooth base.

Finished with Polyflor 2249 Wild Amber Oak, fully bonded using F49 adhesive for a durable, long-lasting finish.

Clear silicone applied to all edges and everything left clean and tidy 👌

Small job undertaken in Binstead today - via a recommendation 🙌🏼🙏🏻

Vinyl uplifted, rotted floor remove, extra support timbers fitted, chipboard flooring laid and 5.5mm ply stapled down.

All ready for third party to install new sheet vinyl.

We’ve been dodging the weather this week but we’ve been able to get another job completed.

Old wooden cladding removed, new breathable membrane and battens fitted. Cladding fitted in a Rich Espresso colour. New soffits and fascia boards fitted in black along with black guttering. All sealed in clear external grade sealant.

Looking much better and maintenance free!

What a transformation this one turned out to be. From the Kitchen and Utility through to the WC and external area, every space has been completely modernised to create a clean, vibrant and high-end finish throughout.

✨ Another fantastic bathroom renovation completed by MB Carpentry! ✨

This one certainly kept us on our toes! Along the way we uncovered a few surprises — including replacing a brick wall, loose render, and installing new sub base. As always, we tackled every challenge head-on to ensure the highest standard of finish.

Although it’s a small room, we’ve managed to fit in everything our clients wanted:

🛁 Whirlpool bath with surrounding boxing to maximise central space
🧼 Vanity units with storage & mirror cupboard
🚽 Low-profile toilet
🔥 Stainless steel towel rail
🛠 Solid multi-panels around the bath and half-height on remaining walls for low maintenance and easy cleaning
♿ Grab rails to be fitted next week
