I may be able to help; by attending to inspect your home, provide a survey, give advice and provide a report (if required).
My objective is simply to help in any small way (where possible) and help improve people's living conditions.
I have worked within the Property industry for almost 15 years, have experience in dealing with damp, mould and general repairs, working for Landlords, Housing Associations and Local authority.
It's important to note, i am NOT offering a repairs service, nor do i recommend contractors / trades. I am offering an impartial inspection/advice service for evenings and weekends.
I will carry out both an internal / external inspection, take photographs, compose a report (highlighting my findings & recommendations).
