Last finishing touches. My first tenant has already moved in and more are on the way!

I've finished the HMO. We slightly overrun but the quality is bang on. What do you think? It's now on the market and I've had the first room let already. Last bits and bobs to go (I need to buy cutlery and crockery) and the refinance still ahead but the building phase is complete. What a wild few months.
