We literally do everything here at Phoenix Construction. Having been let down by another joiner and not wanting to let our client down we cleared out the garage and turned it into a joinery workshop for a few days.

2no. oak faced MDF window seats all edged with a solid oak tops, 1no. Bespoke TV unit from solid oak and 1no. Bespoke solid Oak dog gate all finished with Limewax to the clients requirements and installed in their home.

Made a nice change for a few days 😁

A big thank you to for making life so easy today. Delivered our needle steels lifted them over the wall and slid them into place for us. Amazing but of kit and the best engineers around. Look out for the big steels going in soon!

We are looking for a labourer to help on a project in Wells. Approx 4 weeks but may continue for the right person. Must be reliable, honest and hard working. Could arrange pick ups from Fakenham if needed.

So finally with all the delays that Covid bought us we have finished our bungalow project in Heacham. Full refurb, electrics, plumbing, new roof, insulated, plastered and a new rear extension now makes what was a very tired bungalow a great modern, light and airy home to be enjoyed for years to come.

This is coming to market very soon with Belton & Duffey for £345,000.00.

Most of our work is repeat customers. This is just such an example. We built a new house for this client, 2 years later we added a single storey extension to the lounge. We have recently completed a 2nd floor extension over the single storey extension. All the work was carried out from outside through the doors and at the last minute we moved the bifold doors to the front of the new extension without stepping foot in the customers house. Built in wardrobes completed the new dressing room extension for a very happy client. A logistical nightmare but that's all part of the service.
