Today we tackled a bathroom that had not been prepared correctly after it was plastered ❌
This resulted in most of the ceiling paint peeling.
To correct this, we scraped back all the flaking paint. ✅
We then applied 2 coats of ZINSEER peel stop and then 2 coats of white specialised bathroom paint. 🖌️
As you can see, although the final pics are still not dry, what a difference! 👏
Once this is dried the whole ceiling will look perfect! 👌

The landlord wanted everything white so it’s nice and fresh.

All walls and ceilings painted in white, all skirting boards and doors (excluding front door)
painted in Satinwood.
We think it looks fresh and ready for the new tenants.

Why is misting coating important?
If you don’t water the paint down with a mist coat, when you apply the actual paint within 6 months it’s likely to just peel away.
