A closer look at this fully completed garden transformation.

This project has completely redefined the space delivering a clean contemporary outdoor area designed for both style and long-term durability.

Now fully finished with a professionally installed artificial lawn the garden offers a low-maintenance all year-round green space that perfectly complements the sleek patio and modern finishes.

To achieve a high-quality result the area was fully prepared:

▪️ Rotavated and reduced by 100mm
▪️ Installed a compacted Type 1 MOT sub-base
▪️ Finished with a 10–20mm layer of grano dust, levelled to precision
▪️ Geotextile membrane fitted for w**d prevention
▪️ Premium artificial grass installed for a flawless finish

Paired with Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone, black slate cladding, and sharp detailing throughout, this space is built to last and made to be enjoyed.

Project Complete – Final Transformation

We’ve now returned to complete this full garden transformation and what a finish it is!

To complete the space we installed high-quality artificial grass creating a clean low-maintenance lawn that ties everything together perfectly

For a long-lasting result we carried out a full preparation of the area:

▪️ Rotavated and removed existing soil and grass to a depth of 100mm

▪️ Installed a solid Type 1 MOT sub-base fully compacted

▪️ Added a 10–20mm layer of grano dust, compacted and levelled for a smooth finish

▪️ Installed a geotextile membrane to prevent w**d growth

▪️ Finished with premium artificial grass installation

The result is a durable , level and great looking artificial lawn ready to be enjoyed all year round 🌱

Garden Transformation Complete – Crondall, Hampshire

Another stunning project completed and what a transformation this one is!

We installed a 38sqm Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone patio complemented with Sinai Pearl Egyptian limestone border setts to create a clean picture-frame finish that really brings the whole space to life with a modern edge.

One key design feature here was the bespoke curved edge.

Rather than running the patio square (which would have wasted lawn space and created an awkward corner) we advised a curve to maximise the garden layout and the result speaks for itself

To ensure both practicality and longevity we finished the edges with Cotswold chippings allowing drainage along the fence line and preventing any future movement or issues affecting the patio.

At the rear of the garden we built a raised sleeper area making smart use of existing soil on site. This saved the client money on removal while creating a functional and attractive space, finished with:
✔️ Geotextile membrane
✔️ Type 1 MOT base
✔️ Play bark surface

We also installed a sleeper flower bed along the fence line and re-levelled sections of the garden ready for the client to complete their new lawn.

A refined look at this garden transformation nearing completion.

Featuring Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone, natural black slate cladding and precision hand-cut bullnosed coping stones finished with Black Limestone Setts detailing for a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The foundation is now set, delivering a durable and low-maintenance outdoor space built with attention to detail throughout.

We will be returning in a couple of weeks to install the artificial grass — keep an eye out for the completed project.

Budget Garden Transformation

What a difference! This once tired, underloved garden has had a complete transformation

We carried out a full gut out, removing all the old council slabs and installing a brand new Type 1 MOT sub-base fully compacted to create a solid long-lasting foundation.

The existing brick retaining wall was on its last legs so we rebuilt it and gave it a modern upgrade with natural black slate cladding.

To really set it off we hand cut and bullnosed the coping stones on site – those little details make all the difference.

▪️ Black limestone 100x110 setts
▪️ Clean, modern finish throughout

We’ll be returning in a couple of weeks to complete the look with artificial grass 🌱

Patio Restoration | Farnham, Surrey

Our client in Farnham contacted us regarding their five year old patio which had suffered from joint failure and general wear. The traditional mortar system previously used had deteriorated and many of the slabs had become loose due to being laid on partial mortar beds without the use of a slurry primer resulting in poor adhesion and movement over time

To restore the patio to a high standard we carried out the following:

✅ Re-laid all loose slabs on full mortar beds primed beneath each slab with a slurry primer to ensure maximum bond strength and long-term durability

✅ Chemically cleaned the entire area to remove algae, black spots, and ingrained stains, restoring the natural beauty of the sandstone

✅ Re-jointed using Flowpoint a high-performance flowable jointing compound that creates a strong, void-free finish, helping to stabilise the patio and extend its lifespan

The result — a fully rejuvenated patio that not only looks fantastic but is structurally sound and built to last.

FULL GARDEN TRANSFORMATION – BEDFONT, LONDON

We took this overgrown and tired garden and turned it into a modern, welcoming outdoor space for our client in Bedfont, London.

🔨 What we did:
•Cleared out all existing soil and overgrown plants
•Installed a new lap panel fence at the back, replacing damaged fencing caused by heavy ivy
•Preserved and highlighted 4 beautiful existing trees with feature detailing
•Built a custom sleeper planting area to add structure and style
•Laid 45sqm of Raj Green Porcelain patio (600x900mm) with a crisp Antique Pearl Beige Limestone set border
•Built a small memorial area for the client’s dog using 600x600mm limestone tiles and a matching set edge
•Installed 70sqm of premium turf with hand-cut Raj Green porcelain stepping stones
•Concrete base ready for a summerhouse
•Gave the entrance patio and brickwork a deep chemical clean and jet wash, followed by full repointing
•Tidied and refreshed the pond area with the added touch of Black Ice Decorative Stone
