This roof was in desperate need of repairs. We came out and went over the whole roof replacing every slate that needed so. Being an old building the rafters either side of the party wall had sagged leaving the slates dramatically kicking up or simply falling out on the front side of the property. To rectify this we stripped out said area and planed the battens to a point where it allowed the slates to sit how they once did.
