With so many new faces here, I thought it was time for a little re-introduction 👋

I’m Emma Roy, based in Fordingbridge in the heart of the New Forest 🌿

I’m a dedicated consultant with BrightWater Signature Homes, specialising in luxury property sales across the New Forest, including Ringwood and Burley, focusing on homes from £750k and above.

With a background in marketing and relationship building, I combine strategic property marketing with a personal, considered approach to help clients achieve the best possible result when selling their home.

I love working 1-1 with people, guiding them through the process of selling with confidence, care, and clear communication at every stage.

Life here is a mix of work, family life with my husband and children (ages 21, 18 & 9!), and enjoying everything the New Forest has to offer, from village life to countryside walks in this beautiful part of Hampshire.
