We took to the streets of London to ask people why they’re still living there… turns out, even they don’t know.

If a stunning 2-bed cottage in Box, Wiltshire for £325,000 sounds like the escape you’ve been waiting for, comment ‘I’m a Londoner get me out of here’ and I’ll send you the full details.

For the first time in history, it’s gonna start raining men!

Activity isn’t quite flooding into the local market, it’s more of a drizzle.

Deals are here to be done, but pricing conservatively is key if you want to generate viewings and offers.

Bathwick and Widcombe weekly property market update overview:

136 properties currently for sale across the area. Five sales agreed last week, with the average sold STC price sitting at £563,000 and £503 per sq ft.

On lettings, nine lets agreed, average rent of £1,872 per month and £2.14 per sq ft.

Which song should I start with next week? Let me know in the comments below.

Don’t you want me, baby…

Properties for sale in Bathwick always have demand for them, it’s a desirable and fantastic location. However, in this market, if you’re priced too high, you’ll be left asking why nobody wants your property.

Price correctly and there are deals to be done, price incorrectly and you’ll be working as a waitress in a cocktail bar.

Bathwick and Widcombe property market this week:

🏡 139 properties available
📋 12 new instructions
✅ 7 sales agreed
💰 Average sold STC price: £739,286
📐 Average price per square foot: £591

On the lettings side — steady as ever, with 10 lets agreed and an average rent of £2,050pcm.

Oh, and one more thing… n**e picnicking in the park is officially back on. Result.

If you’re thinking of buying, selling or letting in Bath, drop us a message - we’d love to chat.
