After taking a step back from the business i am determined 2026 is going to be our year.

COMING SOON IN JANUARY ,

I will now be doing rentals on the market in the hope we can get Into Estate Agency off the ground. It’s a real passion of mine and don’t wish to give it all up already.

Welcome to Into Estate Agency.

I haven’t yet been fortunate with the opportunity to expand my business further, with a sale history. I have however had properties on the market over the last couple of years. Which had a vast amount of interested parties and viewings which took place.

I am eager to get my business off the ground. I have always had an eye to detail for photography. What’s really important when showcasing your property on the market. Is to capture your home showing potential home buyers the potential and the lifestyle. When listing a property, i ensure listings are to a high standard specification which includes, a floorplan, detailed description of property, information on local amenities, video walkthrough. All properties will be on my website, social media platforms as well as your housing portals zoopla and prime location.

It’s important for me, that i am keeping vendors up to date with current movement in the market, how many listings the property is getting by keeping you in the loop even once you have accepted an offer.

I can appreciate it is a very difficult and challenging when you put your home on the market.

I am an independent estate agent having that person centred focus approach. Monthly check ins with yourself outlining the propertys progress.

Because i haven’t yet got a sale history behind my business. I am offering low commission fees, at 0.6% EX VAT.

About me:

I have just turned 22. I have had my limited company for 2 years now. Which was always a massive goal for me.

Being an independent bespoke estate agent, means I can capture your family’s home to a buyers eye. Showing not only the property on offer but the potential to expand in some instances. I ensure the floorplan is accurate as this is so important when viewing a property online to invisage your plans in the home.

I list all properties on Zoopla and Primelocation. With the opportunity to showcase your property being premium one of the first properties to show on Zoopla. I market all properties on social media ranging from having my own YouTube channel, to TikTok, instagram and into estate agency’s website.

I am very keen to upload your property and start getting you those all important house viewings. So on the same day once I’ve been given the go ahead your property will be listed that evening.

I am dedicated to my job role, in making one of the hardest decisions as a home owner or first time buyer a lot more relaxing. I am always on call, and flexible around viewings and coming out for a private conversation.
