In times of a housing crisis, taking much needed housing stock out of use puts more strain on the local community, drives up house prices and can be harder to manage than larger Aparthotels.

As accommodation demand increases due to ministry of defence infrastructure investment in the area, utilising redundant buildings is the best way to meet the accommodation demand while not consuming local housing stock.

We aim to provide local accommodation that meets contractors, engineers and civilian employees needs for amenities, comfort and location without impacting local housing availability or affordability.

We’re creating comfortable, high-quality accommodation for contractors, engineers and professionals working locally at Faslane, Coulport, Finnart and across the surrounding area.

Rather than travelling in from further afield, our guests can stay locally, work locally and support locally — from morning coffee and groceries to evening meals and a pint after work.

Coming soon to Garelochhead, we will be providing 13 serviced apartments with site parking, all with en-suites along with cooking and washing facilities.

We are only 2 miles from Faslane Naval base, 2 miles from Finnart and 6 miles from Coulport, located on the banks of the Gareloch, we have the perfect location to base yourself if working at either site.

If you’re looking for comfortable, stylish and full of all the amenities you need whilst working away from home including TV’s with streaming, great WiFi, parking, washing and cooking facilities. We will also be providing bike storage with complimentary bikes to allow you to cycle to each location as an option over driving.

Why not unwind after a hard days graft in one of our outdoor spaces? Who wants to be cooped up inside all day and then in the evening too? We plan to have some private and communal outdoor spaces for our guests to enjoy and unwind.

These are some design concepts of our 1 bed apartments. Function, form and comfort with all amenities to make a stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as home but with the added bonus of a change of scenery.
