Not just one of the toughest cleans I’ve ever done… but one of the hardest things I’ve had to face, physically and mentally.

This wasn’t just dirt — this was a situation I had to walk back into and sort out myself. It pushed me in ways I can’t even explain, but I got it done.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to come on and give a little update about The Messy Nest.

As some of you may know, I’ve taken a step back from cleaning recently. This was due to ongoing issues with a property situation alongside some personal family circumstances that needed my full attention. It’s been a really stressful time, but I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience, support and kind messages during it 💛

During this time, I’ve also taken the opportunity to look into cleaning products and methods more deeply — especially focusing on products that are not only effective, but also safer for your home, your children and your overall health.

After taking that time, I’ve had a proper think about the direction I want to go in — and I’m excited to say The Messy Nest is coming back, but with a fresh focus ✨

Going forward, I’ll be offering high-standard, detailed deep cleans only. This means I’ll be putting all my time and energy into delivering that next-level finish – the kind of clean that really transforms your home.
