Scotland Souvenir Highland Cow stuffed toy available to purchase here in Kildonan Hotel.

We are on the last paperwork processing for the 'PETTING FARM' that we will open here in Kildonan. As of now, all the Licence Application for it is doing well...we are hoping that we can open the Petting Farm to the public the same date as we are opening the Garden Centre. We will post the update as we also can't wait to meet the cuties Highland Cows and their gang. We even have names for them already.
So if you are animal lovers/plant lovers keep checking this page for future updates.

'NATURE BATHING'
If you're staying with us and love to walk, please bring a pair of your hiking shoes/willie boots as we have 87 acres of woodland to walk around the Estate.
Everyone is welcome to walk around the estate and it's free at the moment. Have a look on some beautiful trees that's been growing here for more than 100 years. We have burn and river and some beautiful moss that's naturally making a beautiful art on some dead trees.

It's better to walk with some friends and with phone for security pusposes as it's easy to get lost around the woodland, so bring someone who got sense of direction (defo not me, my dog knows better where is the road 🤣🤣🤣).

Bring water and a light packlunch.
Note: We don't allow FORAGING in the woodland to make sure our residents wildlife has enough food for the whole year.
Please don't leave any rubbish in the woodland too. THANK YOU.

What a lovely day walking around the woodland today. I still get confused with the walkpath around here & get lost sometimes. Good thing that Dexter has better memory than me & we can always find our way back to the house.
