Off market properties that came direct.Helped the landlord out as she wanted to sell the 2 properties.

One was passed to our co partner lee hardy of lh property solutions and the 2nd we brought into the company dtw property group ltd as an investment.

This is what be had to do to get it up to regs as it didn't have any certificates in place for has and need a full rewire.

The tenant is still in place and be here for 9 years.

Wiring was dangerous and had no banister.
