Do you have a great idea for new artwork around Harvey Street?

Join your neighbours and the team from SWG3 Yardworks this week at the sunken garden to get creative, share your ideas, enjoy some games and arts activities, and be part of brightening up your local landscape!

The session will take place 3.30-6.30pm, but it is a drop-in (you don't need to stay for three hours!) - feel free to just pop along.

Very proud that our new mid-market rent development at Dundashill was recognised with the award for Excellence in regeneration and sustainability at Friday's Chartered Institute of Scotland Housing Awards.

The 90-home development is the largest Passivhaus standard development in Glasgow, launched in May this year as part of the wider regeneration of the former Diageo Distillery site in Port Dundas.

Passivhaus is the European Platinum standard for energy efficiency. These new homes make use of a super-insulated building fabric and are naturally designed to create a high level of occupant comfort, using very little energy for heating and cooling which in turn means very low energy consumption for tenants.

Westscot Living and West of Scotland Housing Association's new MMR homes at Dundashill recognised for Excellence in Sustainability at the !

We were thrilled to collect the award for the 90-home housing development - Scotland's largest Passivhaus Standard housing development - alongside our partners CCG Scotland Ltd and Collective Architecture.

The homes were launched in May this year and are part of the wider regeneration of the former Diageo Distillery site in Port Dundas.

Built to Passivhaus standard- the European Platinum standard for energy efficiency - our homes make use of a super-insulated building fabric and are naturally designed to create a high level of occupant comfort, using very little energy for heating and cooling which in turn means very low energy consumption for tenants.

Speaking of the development the judges said the Dundashill development was: 'a true demonstration of what is achievable when a team has the goal of producing a highly sustainable development.'

Our Dundashill homes are also nominated for three awards at this year's CIH Scotland Housing Awards: 'Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing', Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability and the award for 'Net Zero in Housing'.

Really great to see our very first mid-market rent development, at Dundashill in Glasgow, nominated in four categories at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland, including: Best Apartment, Best Regeneration (Residential), Excellence in Sustainability, and Development of the Year.


Congratulations to all teams involved across the planning, design and construction of this great development.
