Hallway transformation underway 👌

We’ve been fitting these stunning Calcutta White Acoustic Wall Panels to completely modernise the space and add warmth and texture to the entrance hall.

We’ve also added traditional panelling and a dado rail up the staircase to tie everything together and give the space a much more finished, high-end feel.

At the same time we stripped out the old tired balustrade and replaced it with a new oak and embedded glass staircase system for a much cleaner, contemporary finish. The blue film is still on the glazing just now as the client is having all woodlwork painted matt black once decorating is complete.

Big transformation already with a few finishing touches still to go 🔨

Quick check in on the Paisley project on the way home from Broxburn today 👀

back at it, foundations sorted and the slab’s booked to be poured Friday 🧱
We also had a bit more structural work to carry out than originally expected to properly shore up and support the existing building before moving onto the next stage — one of those things you only fully uncover once works are underway. Better doing it right than doing it twice 👌

As if that wasn’t enough, they cleared out what can only be described as a jungle of a back garden before the digger left site 🌿🚜

We’ll be back in over the weekend getting the timber kit erected. Once the kit’s up, we can get the slap out done, steels installed and the roof on, getting everything watertight and ready for to get in and start first fix ⚡

Another exciting project kicking off today in Paisley 🔨🏠

We’re starting a full ground floor transformation which includes:

• New 3m x 3m single-storey extension
• Structural opening formed through the existing external wall to create an open flow into the new extension
• Removal of the existing WC to create a new opening into the kitchen area
• Existing utility room being reconfigured with a new partition to form a new downstairs WC

Once all structural and downtaking works are complete, the finishing stage will completely transform the space with:

✨️ Oak herringbone flooring throughout the entire ground floor
🚪 New oak internal doors throughout
🪚 Traditional skirtings & architraves carefully chosen to suit the character of the property
