Hi everyone. We're a newly founded company based in Glastonbury specialising in creating snagging lists for new build properties.
Did you know that new-build homeowners have a two-year period, often called the "defects liability period," to report and have snags (defects) addressed by the developer. This period begins from the date of completion. During this time, the builder is obligated to fix issues.
Some issues/defects are easy to spot but some may not be so easy to see or even hidden. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I know the difference between good and bad practice and are able to provide you with a full comprehensive snagging survey on your new home that the developer is obliged to rectify.
