👋🏼 NEW AROUND HERE? LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER…
I thought it was probably about time I introduced myself properly!
I’m Rebecca, founder of Cartref Lettings 💜
I’ve worked in the property industry for over a decade, starting out across both sales and lettings before deciding that property management is where I really want to focus.
I’ve also been a landlord myself for the last 10 years, so I genuinely understand the highs, lows, responsibilities and (sometimes!) frustrations that come with owning rental property.
I grew up in Selby, so being able to build a local property business in an area I know and love is something I’m really proud of.
Away from property, I’m mum to a 3-year-old daughter, wife to a financial adviser who specialises in investments and pensions, and generally trying to keep all the plates spinning! 😂
Cartref is deliberately personal. I’m a one-woman business, which means when you choose Cartref, you deal directly with me. No passing you from department to department, no wondering who is looking after your property.
Just local, personal property management from someone who genuinely understands the industry and understands being a landlord.
