🌿Within easy walking distance to a traditional village pub, gardencentre with Cafe, and a handy local shop, it is perfect for exploring Cartmel, Grange-over-Sands, Windermere, Hawkshead, Coniston and the rest of the Southern Lake District.

🌿There is a comfy Kingsize bed in the Master Bedroom, a lovely dressing room and a spacious shower room, and a welcoming cosy lounge for after a day out. A well equipped kitchen leads to a lovely bright Sunroom for when the weather stops you being outside, the perfect "home from home".
