If you’ve scrolled through our page recently and thought “they don’t seem to have much on” you’d be forgiven for thinking that😉

The honest truth…

We currently have four homes available on the market. And twenty-three homes under offer, working their way through to completion.

Our stock isn’t low because we can’t bring new homes to market. Our stock is low because we’re properly focused on the homes we’ve already taken on chasing chains, communicating with solicitors, staying close to buyers, and doing the invisible work that gets sales done.

Because there’s very little value in a wall of “for sale” boards outside houses that never actually complete.

The whole reason we cap our client list is so we can do this properly for the sellers who trust us. We’re not here to be the biggest. Only the best, for the small number of clients we choose to work with.

That’s not a limitation. That’s the whole point.

It’s the phone call late on a Sunday evening.

It’s telling someone their buyer has pulled out, and hearing the small pause before they answer.

It’s sitting in the car outside their house for a minute working out how to say it, because there isn’t a nice way to say it.

It’s a chain of six families, a solicitor who won’t pick up, and a Tuesday where the whole thing rests on one email landing.

Nobody really sees that part of the job. People see the photos, the board going up, the sold sticker.

What they don’t see are the two of us, quietly caring about other people’s moves for weeks after the offer’s accepted.

That’s what we mean when we say we manage the move. Not the marketing. The bit after, when it actually matters💙

A message that means a lot to start the week💙

When we sit down with a seller for the first time, one of the hardest things to communicate is that the quiet parts of a sale matter as much as the loud ones. The photography. The video. The regular updates. The calm phone call when things wobble. The clear communication between parties who’ve never spoken to each other before.

None of it makes a listing look flashier. All of it is the difference between a sale that completes properly and one that doesn’t.

So a message like this one, from a seller who noticed and named all of it, means genuinely more than we can properly say.

Today Alice turns 30💙

I get to see the version of Alice that most people don’t. The one who’s up before the rest of us, school uniform ironed, coffee made, laptop open, quietly getting a head start on the week. The one who works till late on a Sunday-night without complaining. The one who remembers every client’s name, every viewing detail, every small preference, not because she has to, but because that’s just how she is.

The way she’ll rewrite a caption seven times until it feels right. The way she picks up the phone at 9pm. The way she remembers a client’s kids by name six months after the sale. The way she keeps Charlie’s whole world running while quietly building a business alongside me.

None of that shows up on Instagram. Most of it never will. But it’s the reason people trust us, come back to us, and send their friends to us.
