What an honour to be crowned the best Estate Agent in Milton Keynes by the British Property Awards!

The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive property industry awards with approximately 90% of agents being entered automatically. They mystery shop every agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of customer service levels.

"If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time."

Feedback from the judges was that they loved the in-depth knowledge our agents had on not only the property they were enquiring on, but also on the local area from explaining about the local schools to things to do. One of the judges even said it was 'the best conversation with an agent that she'd ever had'. 💛

This is testament to why we structured our team with personal agents that look after our sellers on a one-to-one basis, so we can truly understand about your reason for moving and learn every detail of your home.

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself and my new venture. I am Robert Wiles. Me, my wife and 2 sons live in the beautiful village of Great Horwood. I am passionate about property and about the community that I live in.
I have started my own business with the support and association with Keller Williams who are the largest Real Estate Agent in the world with 190,000 agents in 35 countries. I have 8 years of experience as an estate agent and also worked in new build homes.
How am I different from your ordinary high street estate agency? My motto is that Estate Agency is a service based industry and therefore this should always remain the number 1 principle when marketing someone's property. This is why I offer a personal 1 to 1 service to every client and will only take on a small number of properties at a time to best focus my attention on marketing your property and to be able to give you the best service available.
As part of my service I also offer professional marketing with a professional photographer, videographer and even have the option of drones if it suits You.
I am also happy to help you find a new home wherever this is in the UK as I have access to sourcing properties all over the country, to try and make your transition of moving as less stressful as possible.
