Having established a successful sales department, the partners took the decision to expand into other areas of the property market. In early 1995, Evans & Company Residential Lettings was launched to provide landlords with a premier service that included full management, rent collection and a find tenant only service. Andrew Shoolbread now heads the department and continues to offer clients simple, honest advice in a constantly changing market.
