Timetable Change 📢

Cheryl from Purely Physical has changed her class schedule as of the beginning of June.

The new times are:
Monday 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM | Men on mats
Tuesday 9:00 AM – 9:55 AM | Pure Stretch
Tuesday 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM | Tai Chi Fit
Tuesday 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM | Chair Pilates

Your June schedule at Gusto House is here! 📆

We have a few updates to our studio schedule and some dates for your diary next month.

Cheryl from Purely Physical is changing her classes around a little bit starting from June 1st, so please make sure to double-check the new times on the timetable before booking.

We’re also really happy to share that Polly from Brave Space Yoga is hosting another yoga and brunch morning on Sunday 21st June. These are always such special mornings, so definitely grab a spot early if you'd like to come. ☕

Lastly, Hand on Heart Parent & Baby Classes is on pause for the summer months. Claire will be looking at reintroducing these classes towards the end of the year.

There are Sundays, and then there are Polly’s Brave Space Yoga Sundays ✨

If you’re looking to end the week with a morning of relaxation, these monthly sessions are for you. Expect a 2-hour-15-minute slower, Forrest Yoga practice designed to build inner resilience, release tension, and connect deeply with yourself.

And the perfect ending? Heading right next door to The Allotment Collingham afterward for a well-deserved coffee, brunch, and slow Sunday conversation.

Meet Tom, who joined us at the beginning of the year as our Business Admin Apprentice, after traveling across Europe and Australia.

When he isn't helping out in accounts and learning and development, Tom can be found supporting Annick with reception and the day to day running of Gusto House.

When he isn't at his desk, you’ll likely find him on the pitch for Collingham FC. ⚽️

The wonderful Anna is now here every Thursday! In addition to her 9:30 AM session, she’ll be hosting a brand-new class at 11:00 AM.
