All prices are inclusive of gas, electricity and water bills (to a maximum of £200 per month.) As full time students you are exempt from Council Tax.

All houses include fridges/freezers, washing machines, microwaves, kettles, toasters, irons, ironing boards. All have 2- sofa lounges, dining tables & chairs.. All bedrooms have beds, desks, chairs, wardrobes, chests etc.

All annual contracts typically run from the beginning of July 2020 . Deposits are one month's rent in advance, refunded at the end of the contract on satisfactory return of the houses. All deposits are protected by the MyDeposits Protection Scheme (see www.mydeposits.co.uk for details).
