So, we’re nearly at the end of our first flip. The project has gone better than we could have wished for. On budget, refurb on time. A little bit of finishing off and it’s ready to market. Now the stress really starts 😂. Here’s some photos of our little bungalow.

The refurb in our first flip is going really well. New windows, gardens re-landscaped, re-wired , totally new boiler, rads & pipe work, new kitchen , re-plastered , new UPVC fascia, soffit, guttering and decorating is underway.
Four weeks left on timeline to finish decorating, woodwork to be fitted, new bathroom and new flooring. We’re nearly there 🙏. Exciting times.

Glad to see a massive improvement on the garden makeover. The landscapers are nearly there. New turf, cleaning and pointing of the sandstone tomorrow, then it’s pretty much done.

So, here’s a few photos of the stripping stages of our first flip. To say we’ve got a lot to do, is an understatement 😂.
Within a few days, we’ve cleared a lot of the garden, lifted all carpets & underlay, removed the kitchen, along with most of the ceramic tiling. Just got bathroom, wallpaper and skirting & architraves to go.

We are very glad to get the keys to our first flip. A 2 bedroom bungalow in desperate need of a full refurbishment . Let’s bring some much needed love back into this bungalow , to make it into somebody’s forever home.
