Middleton Update #15: The development has successfully passed the sound test. The inspection by the United Utilities of the water installation was successfully passed as well. The chlorination and pipe pressure certificates are due for issue for the forthcoming week and afterwards, the new water connection date will be released by the field team. The bike shelter was installed and painted. The bins storage was created outside. Internally for all the units but one of the flooring was fitted (carpets and linoleum). All the kitchens and bathrooms are in place. The site is nearing the completion within coming several weeks (dependency on the utilities supply).

Middleton Update #14: We have made good progress on our property. The internal water installation is ready to be inspected by United Utilities. All the kitchen units and the majority of bathrooms have been put in place, and the outside landscaping is completed. It is now ready to host the bike shelter, which would be due anytime next week.

Royton Update #14: The new water connection was brought to the property. The landscaping works were accomplished, and we are expecting the bike shed delivery next week.

Middleton Property Update #13: Major progress was seen on-site at the residential units, where the kitchen and bathroom units are being fitted. External landscaping works are half-way. The new electric cable was already laid by Electricity North West Ltd. and the request for the works for the new water supply was submitted to United Utilities.

Royton Property Update #13: External landscaping works accomplished. The new addresses were allocated, allowing to action the applications for the new utility connections. The new electric connection is being currently laid by Electricity North West Ltd. and the request for the works for the new water supply was submitted to United Utilities. Internally all the units were carpeted and decorated. Minor outstanding works on the electrics and plumbing are ongoing.

Royton Property Update #11: The last residential unit is being decorated with the landscaping work taking place. Amended planning for 9 residential units and 1 management office was granted. Awaiting the return of the Royal Mail on the allocation of the addresses, to enable the new utility connections.

The external structural brickwork is nearly accomplished, where the wall at the rear elevation was rebuilt to fit in the new openings. The top floor units are being plastered currently. Keep checking this page for more updates on Middleton.
