About You
As an ISO Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Role
Your role will also involve training and mentoring staff on quality management practices, preparing for external audits, and staying up-to-date with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation. If you are passionate about quality management and have a proven track record of success in implementing ISO standards, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain ISO quality management systems.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Prepare for and manage external audits.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure process compliance.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics.
• Communicate quality objectives and performance to senior management.
• Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Support product development and process improvement projects.
