Graham Voakes and i recently completed this amazing loft in Linton, transforming the loft space in to a huge bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe.
A little different to our usual jobs this dormer has been made to look like its all part of the Building at the back and not a roof extension/typical dormer.
With a thin coat eco-rend in grey to contrast with the aluminium sliding doors and window.

We have loved this job, something a bit different and kept us on our toes! Loved everything about it! Just got the render to go on and 2nd fix of the bathroom. Graham Voakes and I have smashed it!

Our site in Linton!
4m Aluminium sliding door and smaller window fitted today by Wetherby Glass Ltd . Never have i had a loft with such a big door!
This job is one of the biggest Graham and I have done recently.
The work involved has been epic! This job is going to look like nothing we have done before, and we have loved every second!
Currently have P.Wilson Plasterer in as well, its all happening today!
More pictures will be posted when we are done!

King Charles just happened to take a trip to knaresborough when we had completed a loft, coincidence? Or did he just want to take a look what all the fuss was about? Just had an enquiry on the website for a job in London 🤔

Naturally he got a tour of the area from the lord of Goldsborough himself....Lord Graham Voakes 🤣

Our most recent loft, completed in knaresborough, quite close to town where everybody stopped by to tell us how great the job looked! Kept a spring in our step over the last of the winter weather!

1 huge bedroom and en-suite for Gemma and Darren! Including a full re-roof!
Thanks to P.Wilson Plasterer, Lee Hoyle (bricky) Chris Cottam (sparky) and Jack & Stephen (plumbers)

Big G ( little Graham Voakes) and i continue with the next loft! In to the summer! Finally!!

Raised the ridge and started building this huge dormer today, its gonna be a bit different this one! Me and the little fella have had a blinding day in the beautiful sunshine!
