The villa overlooks the golf course and lake and there is a small gate to gain access directly onto the course

What’s at the resort?

The resort has a 4 large communal pools which you have access to.
5 star Golf Course and club house
Pitch and Put
Beautiful restaurant which is very reasonably priced
A spa
A gym
Children’s inside play area for when you need a break from the sun
There is also children’s activities organised by one of the residents on the resort which are very popular which guests who use our villa are very welcome to attend. These activities change on a weekly basis.
A well stocked supermarket which we use all of the time - the fresh baguettes are beautiful from there and local Sangria is a must !

Property Manager
We have a wonderful property manager, Vicki, who meets you at the resort and takes you to the villa to settle you in and show you around. She can also arrange Welcome Packs (small food packs) airport transfers for up to 4 people, hire of golf clubs and pretty much anything you may need, Vicki can arrange it.
There is a cleaning fee of £100 which i send across to Vicki before your arrival
How to get there
El Valle is easily accessible via both Corvera and Alicante airports 15 mins Corvera and 40 mins Alicante
We have used Ryanair, EasyJet or TUI airlines in the past but double check first as they may change depending on what time of year it is.

We are approximately an 8 hour drive from the ports of Bilbao and Santander if you are intending to drive across

1st April - 19th April £150 per night
20th April- 26th May £160 per night
27th May - 30th June £175 per night
1st July -5th Sept- £200 per night
6th Sept- 31st Oct £135 per night
1st Nov- 21st Dec - £125 per night
22nd Dec-5th Jan -£145 per night

3 day minimum stay and the cleaning fee of £100 This is a separate charge to these prices above
There is also a £300 refundable damage deposit
