PPH acting solely for the vendor, 14 Coppergate Ltd has advised and secured the sale of the high-quality office investment which comprised of circa 3,155 sq ft (293.12 sq m) to a private investor for a seven-figure sum.

14 Coppergate provided a fantastic opportunity of being able to secure a Grade A office building in the centre of York with the benefit of the income and lease to Pepperell’s Solicitors with an unexpired term of just over 4 years.

We were pleased to attend the East Yorkshire Development Update event this week, hosted by Place Yorkshire at the University of Hull’s Middleton Hall.

It was a fantastic morning of networking, insight, and discussion for the team at PPH Commercial, bringing together key voices from across the region’s property, development, and investment sectors.

The agenda covered a wide range of important topics, from unlocking East Yorkshire’s industrial potential through freeports and freight, to the ongoing regeneration of the region with a focus on homes, heritage, and infrastructure.

We heard valuable contributions from speakers representing the public and private sectors, including East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, Homes England, and leading developers and investors.

Events like this highlight the strength of collaboration across the region and the exciting opportunities ahead for growth and regeneration.
