We carried out:

🟣 2 - Level 3 Building Surveys

While on site we have encountered: Water ingress, Timber decay, Significant erosion of brickwork, Uncertain boundary lines, Unventilated suspended floors, Settlement, Collapsed ceilings, Inadequate rainwater discharge, and Extremely eroded pointing.

CALLING ALL SHOPS IN RYE!

After a tremendous effort by many of the shops in and around the town this years competition is back and proudly sponsored by Petfield Ltd

We will have trophies for 1st and second place.

Judging will take place on FRIDAY 7TH AUGUST IN THE AFTERNOON - the winner will be presented with the trophies on Saturday 8th August.

While on site we have encountered: Painted concrete tiles, very long waste pipes, water pe*******on, Schrijver air vents. rising damp, a pew as a balustrade, unbraced gables (again), un ventilated floor voids, more than once and warranty roof repairs underway.
