Many of you have already kindly donated to the British Heart Foundation, and we can't thank you enough for your support so far! ❤️

This year, our very own Anisa has set herself a huge challenge – going completely sober for the whole of 2026 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts. A few years ago, Anisa's dad suffered a heart attack. Thankfully, he made a recovery and is still with us today, but sadly, that isn't the outcome for everyone affected by heart and circulatory diseases.

With a busy social calendar ahead, giving up alcohol for an entire year has not been easy, but Anisa has taken on the challenge to help raise vital funds for life-saving research.

The British Heart Foundation has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK, but every day hundreds of lives are still lost. It's only through the generosity of supporters that the BHF can continue funding groundbreaking research, developing new treatments and discovering new cures.

Just £24 could fund two hours of research by an early-career scientist, but every pound makes a difference. If you're able to donate, no matter how big or small, we would be incredibly grateful and it will help us get closer to our fundraising target.
