🎅🏻If you're looking for some inspiration for your Elf on the Shelf, look no further! Here are 10 creative ideas to get you started: 🎄

🧝 Have your elf make breakfast in bed for the kids! They'll love finding their elf in the morning with a tray of pancakes or waffles with extra syrup!

🧝 Get your elf in on the holiday baking and have them decorate cookies with the kids.

🧝 For a silly twist, have your elf hide in unexpected places like in the freezer or inside a Christmas decoration.

🧝 Leave a note from your elf with an encouraging message or holiday joke.

🧝 Put your elf to work around the house and have them do some chores like laundry or dusting.

🧝 Have your elf bring a new toy or book for the kids to enjoy.

🧝 Make it a game and have your elf hide somewhere in the house for the kids to find.

🧝 Mail it in! Have your elf write a letter to Santa updating him on all of the good deeds the kids have done.

🧝 Go on an adventure! Take your elf out of the house and snap some photos of them enjoying holiday activities like sledding or visiting Santa's workshop.

🧝 Get crafty and have your elf create arts and crafts projects with the kids like making paper snowflakes or gingerbread houses.

Whatever you decide to do with your Elf on the Shelf, make sure to have fun with it! The more creativity you put into it, the more fun it will be for everyone involved. And who knows, maybe your elves will even inspire others with their antics! 🎄🎅🏻

It's the most wonderful time of the year! And what better way to spread holiday cheer than by putting up a beautiful Christmas tree? But if you're not careful, your tree can end up looking like a hot mess.

Avoid decorating disasters by following these six simple tips from the pros:

🎄 Start with a good base:
Whether you're using an artificial tree or a real one, make sure it's securely fastened in a sturdy stand. This will help prevent your tree from toppling over and taking half of your decorations with it.

🎄 Choose your theme:
Before you start throwing baubles on your tree, take some time to decide on a theme. This will help you stay focused and avoid going overboard with your decorations. Popular themes include traditional, vintage, minimalist, and nature-inspired.

🎄 Don't forget the lights:
Christmas trees just wouldn't be the same without strings of twinkly lights. But before you start draping them haphazardly around your tree, take a moment to plan out where they'll go. A good rule of thumb is to use 100 lights for every foot of height (i.e., a 6-foot-tall tree would need 600 lights). Once you've got your lights in place, plug them in and step back to make sure they're evenly distributed before moving on to the next step.

🎄Add garland: Garlands and tinsel are a great way to add some extra colour and texture to your tree. For a natural look, try using real greenery like pinecones, holly, or eucalyptus leaves. If you prefer something more synthetic, there are all sorts of fake garlands made from materials like ribbon, fabric, or even feathers—the sky's the limit! Just be sure not to go overboard—a little garland or tinsel goes a long way.

🎄 Hang the ornaments: Now for the fun part! Start by hanging any special ornaments near the top of the tree so they'll be easily visible when people walk into the room. Then work your way down, filling in any empty spaces with smaller ornaments as you go along. And, if you have young kids or pets who are likely to pull off ornaments, consider hanging them higher up on the branches where they'll be out of reach.

🎄 Step back and admire your handiwork: After all that hard work, take a moment to enjoy your beautiful Christmas tree—you deserve it! And don't forget to take lots of pictures—after all, 'tis the season for making memories that will last a lifetime!

Decking your halls with boughs of holly has never been easier with these simple tips from the pros! By following these guidelines, you can be confident that your Christmas tree will bring joy to all who see it this holiday season—and maybe even earn you some serious bragging rights among your friends and family!

In 1957, interest rates jumped significantly meaning mortgage rates were 7.5%. If you waited for interest rates to go down to what they were 18months before, you wouldn't have purchased a home until 2008. You would have rented for 51 years waiting for rates to go down, meanwhile the value of property increased by 9,351% (that is not a typo)

Don't wait to buy a property. Buy a property and wait. 😄

🔥Good to see some positive news in the media🔥

I can't remember the last time I had a news feed full of positive articles about the economy and the property market.

Although I won't fully believe some of it until I see it for myself, this could all be shaping up to be a positive start to the 2024 market.

What's your thoughts?
