🔨 Kitchen & Conservatory Transformation 🔨

This property had a conservatory sitting higher than the kitchen floor, creating an awkward step and leaving the room feeling like an add-on rather than part of the house.
The tiled floor, brick internal wall and separated layout meant the space wasn’t being properly used.

We carried out structural alterations and rebuilt the floor to bring it up to the same level as the kitchen, removing the step completely and opening the rooms together.

✔ Floor level altered and rebuilt
✔ Rooms opened up into one continuous living space
✔ New modern flooring installed throughout
✔ Conservatory fully integrated into the home

The result is a bright, practical open-plan living area that now feels like part of the house instead of a separate room — safer, warmer and far more usable for everyday family life.
