Transformed a standard 3-bed semi into a sleek, modern 6-bed HMO!
• Six spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite
• Three rooms feature private kitchenettes
• Plus, a large shared kitchen and utility room for convenience
We reimagined the entire layout, removing walls to make space for the six en-suites, added a loft conversion, a 6-meter rear extension, and a small side extension. We also included an outbuilding to house the boiler, megaflo, and water pumps for powerful, hotel-quality showers.
After many late nights, this project is finally COMPLETE! 🙏🏽
