The Renters’ Rights Act – What You Need to Know

From 1st of May 2026, important changes to renting came into effect in England.

The new rules give tenants greater protection, including:

🔑 End of Section 21 “no-fault” evictions
📅 Changes to tenancy agreements
💷 New rules around rent increases
🐾 Greater rights when requesting a pet
🚫 More protection against rental discrimination

Two Months with Pent Downs Properties!🏡

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been 2 months since I joined Pent Downs Properties as a Remote Professional.

The past two months have been a great learning experience — getting familiar with the business, taking on new responsibilities, learning new systems, and becoming more involved in the day-to-day work behind the scenes.

There’s definitely still a lot to learn, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow, contribute, and be part of the journey. 💻🏡
